Sometimes, certain email clients do not recognize email from Nautel. If you find Nautel messages in your Spam or Junk folder, add [email protected] and [email protected] to your email contacts, or Safe senders list. This will allow your mail client to recognize emails from Nautel and deliver them to your Inbox.

Here are two of the most common “From” field examples for Nautel messages:

or
From: Nautel Notifications

TIP #2

Set-up an Alternate Domain email address

Setup an alternate email address in a different domain, like gmail.com or yahoo.com. Use this new email address to re-register with Nautel and/or update your Nautel profile >

TIP #3

Firewall, Content Filter, or Email Security Policy

Check if your firewall or virus scan is blocking the email notifications. Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Corporate IT department and ask that emails from [email protected] and [email protected] be added to the email whitelist to ensure that Nautel messages are not blocked.

TIP #4

Incorrectly typed email address

Please double-check that you entered your address correctly. Just one mistyped letter will cause an email to go to the wrong address or make it undeliverable.

TIP #5

Opted Out email address

Your email address may be included in our email opt-out database. The opt-out link is provided in all Nautel email notifications. If you clicked this link to opt-out, you may no longer receive some Nautel notifications. To revert your opt-out status please update your Nautel profile >
