Nautel Expands Customer Service Team

Nautel will enhance support efforts in Middle East and North America.

Hackett’s Cove, Nova Scotia — Nautel Limited has announced the expansion of its Customer Service Team to support continued company growth and further fuel its customer satisfaction level. The company has added an expert on Middle East installations and is launching support services out of the Denver, Colorado area to complement its existing Customer Service teams in Hackett’s Cove, Nova Scotia; Bangor, Maine and Quincy, Illinois.

Bachar Dib joins Nautel from BHD RF Services and brings over a decade of installation, operation and troubleshooting experience in transmitter and RF systems. An active member of the Society of Broadcast Engineers and holding a Bachelor of Science in Electronics, Bachar will focus on Middle East installations and service. He will be based in the Hackett’s Cove, Nova Scotia office.

Joey Kloss will be based in Denver, Colorado. He has been installing, commissioning and servicing transmitters for over 10 years; his extensive skills and experience will accelerate service call response in North America and supplement Nautel’s west coast support team.
