September 11, 2006 – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
In response to increasing demand for its industry-leading AM, FM and digital radio products, Nautel has recently completed a major expansion of its operations, increasing overall manufacturing capacity by nearly 40%. This expansion in capacity has been driven by increased market demand due to digital broadcasting technology projects for HD Radio and DRM transmission systems worldwide.
“We have recently focused on manufacturing capacity and enhancement of our customer support operations in this latest phase of expansion for Nautel,” states Peter Conlon, President and CEO, “With this increase in capacity and support in place, Nautel is now planning to add to its sales organization for both domestic and international sales, to serve the growing needs of broadcasters as they transition to digital broadcasting.”
